Version 2.3.1

  • Manually entering time values in the main table view no longer causes a new row to be selected under Leopard.
  • When adding a new task, the task table is now automatically scrolled so that the task is visible.
  • Fixed a problem that caused the Dock icon badge to not always update correctly when the timer was started or stopped from the Dock menu.

  • Vastly Expanded Keyboard support:
    • Space bar starts/stops the timer.
    • Up and down arrow keys move between tasks or jobs, depending on which list has focus.

    • Support for editing times in the main window using number keys
    • New shortcuts for creating jobs, job folders, or tasks.
    • Delete key deletes selected job or task.
  • Job data is saved more often (every 5 minutes, and every time a job is added/deleted).
  • Jobs and tasks can now be reordered, and tasks can be sorted.
  • Tasks contain two new columns, Dates and Notes. These columns can be hidden through the menu or by right clicking the tasks table header.
  • Job deletions now trigger a confirmation dialog (tasks optionally require confirmation).
  • Improved update checking, update can be downloaded from within the application
  • Indicator added for the current job being timed so it's easy to find even though other jobs can be edited while timing is going on. Changing tasks in the active job still changes which task is being timed.
  • New Duplicate Job function duplicates a job or a folder full of jobs.
  • New Reset Job Tasks resets all task times to zero, all dates to the current date, and clears all notes.
  • Invoices can round task times up to the nearest user-settable number of minutes.
  • New licensing system to work with our new store (old users will require new licenses files).
